The company Cutie cloud doo uses grants for the purpose of further developing its own business production capabilities, all with the help of co-financing from the NATIONAL RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PLAN OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA 2021 - 2026.
The subject project prepares Cutie Cloud doo for complete digital transformation through digital optimization of business processes. In addition to the above, it is planned to carry out targeted training of key employees for the use of advanced tools in order to carry out their full implementation in the business. The project also introduces business model innovation with an emphasis on internal and external business models. The emphasis is on transferring the entire business to the cloud. The project introduces ERP and CRM cloud software applications that are the basis of the applicant's digital transformation.
The CRM system will be used for: complete digitization of sales management; managing and signing contracts; document management; user management; work orders and applications. The goal is to achieve an additional competitive advantage on the market through the improvement of the user experience.
The ERP system will be completely managed by finances and accounting, with an emphasis on payroll and material accounting.
The ERP system that is procured is the latest technology, fully adaptable to the applicant and his needs and processes, all for the purpose of achieving a complete digital transformation of the company. which makes it possible to keep pace with the environment that constantly requires adaptations.
The advantage of targeted cloud technologies is that they are usually more reliable than servers in a localized data center. Problems can be predicted and reacted to faster without causing damage. In contrast, a failure on a local server automatically puts critical data at risk and its maintenance requires extensive technical support as well as necessary personnel. The mentioned tools enable the applicant to optimize business processes through their digitization. The above ultimately leads to better competitiveness of the company on the market as a result of better client management.
Specifically, the subject project plans to: Optimization of 4 business processes for the purposes of strengthening the applicant's competitiveness
- Accounting and finance - the new ERP will significantly improve billing processes and financial management. Automatic connection options with banks will become available for recording payments and making payments. The system will be connected to the company's web store for the purpose of fully automating sub-processes such as:
- receiving orders;
- sending invoices;
- inventory management.
- Management and implementation of the internet sales process - the introduction of an advanced CRM system will enable quality management of the sales process in all phases with an element of automation, such as automatic follow-ups, automatic recording of all communication, automatic reminders and automatic categorization of all new inquiries according to the potential of the inquiry. Advanced algorithms are planned to actively monitor the demands and needs of potential customers through the monitoring of Internet activities such as the number of views of certain items by potential customers. The result of the above is that the customer automatically receives a message on the mail about possible discounts on the range of items.
- Customer management - customer management will be carried out through ERP and CRM in such a way that the entire life cycle of the customer will be recorded while recognizing the potential for cross-sale or up-sale, with a significant increase in user experience. In addition to the above, the ERP tool will be connected to the marketing automation system Active Campaign. Active Campaign is a new technology tool used to manage customers in order to increase web sales. The tool enables the creation of personalized campaigns for individuals according to their needs and/or their activity on the website or the age of the child.
- Document management - with the introduction of digital components, complete digitization of documentation will be carried out and digital signing of documents and contracts will be enabled. which will completely eliminate outdated analog processes, save on the time component by increasing the speed of data availability, and eliminate the risk of data loss by switching to the cloud environment.
The results of the project will remain as permanently institutionalized know-how at the company level that will be able to be used at any time by future and current employees, thus creating prerequisites for the successful commercialization of future innovative products or services as a strategic goal of the company.
The benefits of the project will be felt directly by the employees of Cutie cloud doo, as the project will enable better management of business processes, better insight into specific tasks, better contact with clients and end users, and general business management will be easier. A total of 3 employees of the applicant will be trained for the needs of complete implementation of advanced software tools. By investing in process optimization, the level of automation of the Company's processes will increase by as much as 75%, by introducing previously non-existent digital tools for a completely new business process with the ultimate goal of preparing for more successful commercialization of future product branches.
End users/clients will experience a higher level of coverage and automatic elimination of any difficulties. At the request of specific groups, the project will have an effect on:
- retail group;
- wholesale group
- Children's equipment stores;
- Retail chains (Lesnina);
- Distributors of children's equipment.
Innovation of the Company's business model
Internal business model, current state and expected change:
The subject project will carry out the innovation of the internal business model (the way of working within the company) in two recognized units:
Management of the company's key resources – practical means needed to achieve key business activities. The above includes:
- financial resources – The company's financial resources are the funds at its disposal, which are intended for the implementation of production costs, financial obligations and economic incentives for employees. Current bookkeeping and accounting tools are not sufficient to achieve further growth and development of the company. The implementation of digital tools (ERP) will enable a greater level of automation while reducing risk.
- information resources - Information resources are the main characteristic and prerequisite for the successful functioning of any company. It must have useful information and use it in a timely manner. The project in question and the implementation of digital tools will build an information network and a system through which information will move without the possibility of downtime and will reach all employees on time.
- physical resources - For the smooth development of business process activities and the achievement of the organization's goals, the optimal layout and degree of utilization of the company's assets, as well as the rational and efficient use of all physical resources, will be of crucial importance. Due to the current low level of automation and insufficient analog tools, it is not possible to achieve full utilization of physical resources. The implementation of the project will achieve a radical change in terms of efficiency and the level of utilization of the company's physical resources.
Management of the company's key activities - The key activity of the company is the production and sale of children's furniture and equipment. The activity is inevitably connected with the way of managing the company's resources. By introducing a higher level of automation in resource management, it will have a positive effect on production itself. It will lead to a reduction in costs, shortening the time to production and higher earnings. The innovation of the existing sales model will be carried out by introducing an advanced CRM system.
External business model, current state and expected change:
In performing its services to clients, the applicant currently relies on outdated digital tools. These are free tools suitable for managing smaller projects.
The project in question procures an advanced CRM system that will be used for complete digitalization and automation of the way of doing business and communicating with clients. The above includes the introduction of:
Automation of sales staff: Automating routine sales, marketing and support functions that take up valuable work time, giving more time to focus on the customer. Optimizing workflows that help reduce manual data entry, eliminate redundancies and speed up the overall process.
Management of the sales process: As part of the project, the CRM tool in question is acquired for segmentation of the market and potential clients and identification of the potential segment. Based on this, campaigns are created that lead to direct access to new clients in existing and new markets.
See more-channelity: Enables interact with customers and potential customers in real time. It gives the user access to information about when someone comes into contact with the applicant's product or service (brand), whether a potential customer browses the applicant's website, reads an email sent by the applicant, or talks about the applicant's brand on social media.
Analyticity: The tool is fully intended for the further growth of the applicant's business. It provides the ability to measure the performance of each sales activity and allocate quotas to measurable and achievable goals using CRM reporting, analytics and forecasting tools.
Artificial Intelligence: The program includes an artificial intelligence component for more efficient management of CRM data. The aforementioned enables the intuitive offering of the necessary information that is needed according to the type of actions being performed at the moment, keeps notes, predicts the future of sales, detects anomalies, and automates tasks.
Through the combination of detailed business processes, the method of their optimization and the combination with the innovation of the business model, the Applicant Company will ensure a competitive advantage in relation to the existing and future competition. The above will result in an increase in sales revenue and general growth and development.
DIGITAL MARKETING VOUCHER PROJECT: NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I2.01
The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of digital marketing in the company with the aim and purpose of adapting the content to potential clients and improving the digital skills of employees. As part of the project, website creation activities will be carried out through the creation of user personas, determination of the information architecture of the website, creation of site wireframes, design, revision of wireframes, optimization for desktop and mobile devices, implementation of Google tag manager and training of employees over the course of 12 months. implementation. Also, a new web store of the company will be created.
The project in question will create a new company website adapted to the needs of users with new functionalities. The goal is to eliminate the shortcomings of the current website, and the implementation of the project will contribute to the further development of the company. The website creation service includes the following actions:
• Creation of user personas according to which the needs, wishes and potential problems of the user are determined with the aim of defining the functionality of the site and adjusting the content.
• Determining the information architecture of the website, i.e. structuring, naming and organizing the content in order to enable end users to navigate through the content as easily as possible.
• Creation of page wireframes that show the structure and arrangement of information on the page without applied colors, images and other graphic solutions such as illustrations, animations, etc. The goal of creating wireframes is to speed up the design process and the possibility of quickly changing existing elements before the development phase.
• Prototyping, that is, connecting different parts of the design in order to present the final design with all the functionalities of the site to the client.
• Designing the user interface (UI design) and adjusting visual elements according to the existing wireframe, as well as creating transitions and animations.
• Design: front page, product page, category page (other basic pages) 10 screens + 5 simple optional ones (general rules,...)
• Minor revisions after the initial wireframe – first version + two additional revisions.

The service provider will enter pages in one language (the page includes an image + text to be submitted by the applicant), and provide instructions for inserting content into the WordPress CMS system and other pages.

• Setting up a website on WP open source CMS with the possibility of content modification and administration by the client
• Implementation and testing of WooCommerce;
• Creation of functionality according to the previously defined design. During this part, the web store is located on a test server.
• Project work by phases: "Pre-launch", "From test 2 production", "Launch". • The project contains 13 main tasks and 50 sub-tasks that must be completed before delivery.

Employee education
The project solves problems related to the website and the web store, which are not adapted to the current needs of the market and slow down certain business processes of the company. The main issue relates to several segments. The first refers to poor design and aesthetics that do not attract a sufficient number of users, as well as outdated content that does not meet the needs of users. The site has outdated animations, images and elements that are not fully coordinated and leave a bad impression on users. It is also not adapted to different browsers and devices, so it affects the availability of information and product ordering. The loading of the page itself is too long, especially on mobile devices, which certainly affects the users of the site.
The implementation of the project will define and create a new website and web store with additional functionalities that will eliminate the mentioned problems and will contribute to clearer communication with users, and will also influence the increase of income from products and services and contracts by 10% on an annual basis. The need to update the site will also be reduced, as the training will enable employees to update the content needed for the market by themselves.
The ultimate goal of the project is to contribute to increasing the level of digital maturity of the company through the implementation of digital marketing activities.
