They have a fantastically accessible and friendly employee in the store in Selska who handles the web shop at the same time. If everything else was ticking (and not ticking), the mere fact that they have such friendly front desk staff would make up for any minus.

After I found out I was pregnant and carrying twins, I started looking for a stroller. A month of research, questioning moms, surfing, all my troubles were cut short by a wonderful lady in this shop. I finally decided to take the Baby Monster sports stroller, I found it on their website, but there are other problems, which seats, which adapters go with this stroller, isofix bases... I'm at a loss. The lady who answered listened to all my troubles, put together everything I needed in the offer so that I could see the prices, and that I could find all the items on the web and see them. After that I had several questions, every question was listened to and everything was explained to me. So again I had a question, again they patiently listened to me and helped me with everything. The stroller came with seats, adapters and more. I didn't have to come from Slavonia pregnant to ZG and search by myself, drive (there are no strollers for twins). They even separated everything and waited for weeks for something else I wanted to arrive, without any problems, so that I could get all the products at once as I wanted. Now the same carts are used as seats, bases. The seats were chosen, that is, offered to me by the lady on the phone :) great, high quality, light like everything else. Dear Marina, with one call, shortened all the "troubles about strollers and accessories", and everything she offered - she recommended good, high-quality, functional products. My warm recommendation for the store, staff and safe shopping. Thanks to them :)

The store has a wide range of quality products for babies. It should be kept in mind that Cutie Cloud is a premium store for babies, but you can find products at good discounts.
